Directv Package Agreement
I`m a Cox Communications TV client. I`ve never worked for Cox and I don`t know anyone to do that. I have been caring for a friend who has been sick to her for over a week. It has (AT-T) Direct TV. A few months ago, I took care of another sick friend with (AT-T) Direct TV. DIRECT TV is horrible compared to Cox (my home TV provider). All prices for cable operators are going up. Yes, Direct TV`s prices are a little lower than at Cox`s. However, you pay for inferior quality, inefficiency and lack of programming, such as. B with the Direct TV Channel Guide and the selection of channels (i.e. repetitive 3 successive channels with the same show). Direct TV can promote packages with “X” lots of channels or shows, but in fact, you only receive a small part of the DIFFERENT shows listed on the distribution channels.
Direct TV is not even to compare with Cox! Cox has very easy-to-use channel guides (including other information about the program); with Cox, all it takes is a few “air” channels, while many direct-to-air TV channels go “out of the air”; Cox Communications works very well and smoothly. Direct TV breaks when switching channels, restarting, jumping, freezing and receiving are frustrating if you`re used to good service. For example, your bill of $79.99 per month will be $131 per month during your second year. As for the FIRST package, which is the most expensive with $134.99 per month, it will be 200 USD for the second year (what?). Budgeting in a new DIRECTV package can be daunting. Sometimes it`s hard to know what extra charges appear once you start, and once you`re into a contract, the cancellation fee makes it a pain in the buttocks, bursting. I never write opinions on anything, but my experience with DirecTV was so terrible that I feel compelled. I moved from North Carolina to Ohio and decided to try DirecTV. After installation, I never had any chains. I called 3-4 times, and they sent someone twice and they did nothing.
Finally, after 3 months, not with the cable and the call several times that she finally recognized my zip code in her system was for North Carolina and not for Ohio, that`s why I have no service. I offered them the opportunity to repair it by paying back these months and giving me the parcel at the promised price, but they wouldn`t, so I terminated my service.
