The SF-312 Classified Information Nondisclosure Briefing trains staff who need access to classified information about their roles and responsibilities. This section provides a brief overview of the classified information confidentiality agreement, Standard Form 312 (SF-312) and other relevant information. All clearance holders must check the documents below and sign an SF-312 before receiving a security clearance. Check and sign SF-312 (c.2013). SF-312 is a legally binding document between the signatory and the U.S. government, which defines the compensation holder`s obligations to protect classified information and to refrain from unauthorized use or disclosure. This course is a mandatory requirement for anyone with a National Security Authorization (Secret or Top Secret). The facilitators of this staff are also encouraged to participate in the training.
During the training, participants will receive information on self-reporting requirements for clearing holders, updates on changes to national security processes, and an update on security sharing issues such as discount authorizations, email cards, SF-312, new surveys and more. The PIV/Credential card is a mandatory standard for safe and reliable forms of identification. If access to classified information is essential to the performance of a contract, staff are released at the highest level authorized by the contract and delegated to the termination of the employment relationship or, as indicated elsewhere. As – DOI PSB conducts automated registration checks every year with all registration holders. In accordance with the President`s Decision Directive/NSC12, persons with long-term disabilities must be able to receive administrative information and be informed again when they return to the labour market. The FSO informs the supervisory authority of the measures to be taken before taking action. In addition, when the FSO decides to notify the employee, the FSO tells the employee that he or she no longer has access under the supervision of Florida Tech. As stated in SF312, clearance holders are responsible for the protection of classified information and must ensure that they follow appropriate procedures when transporting information. In addition, anyone who carries classified information must have a Courier card. The person (DS) responsible for the Facility Security (FSO) or person (DATS) is responsible for the implementation, management and coordination of security briefings. The FSO will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate Florida Tech employees participate in Florida Tech`s Security Education/Awareness Program. Information must be provided by filling out the foreign contact information form when a person who has been removed from a security clearance terminates his employment (including dismissal, resignation or retirement) or on vacation (for an indeterminate period or longer than one year) by the FSO or by the person (s) of the country.
